Martino Consoli was
born in a family of breeders, and after years of work at the side of the dairy
masters of the Valle d'Itria, in 1986 he decided to open the Caseificio Consoli
. Thanks to selected raw materials, both from family farms and
trusted partners over time, attention to the entire production process, from
stall to product, and respect for traditions our business have grown over time.
The mix of tradition and innovation, has made of us a reference point not only for local customers, but also partners
of many restaurants, b&b and prestigious farms in Puglia and Italy.
